Final finishes ...

We are now moving onto the final finishes at our Kingston Road development project, where we have guided and advised our clients through every stage of the acquisition, purchase, planning, party wall awards, tendering process and selecting a builder. 

Beyond that we have also coordinated to ensure the build project remains on target. As a result, the house with be ready for new tenants as planned in August, and has been extended and comprehensively refurbished, with no stone left unturned.

We'll show you more once the work is complete, and with a little 'before and after' comparison, as we know how much everyone loves those!
