This two bedroom ground floor apartment is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac just a short walk from Headington centre and was acquired by Oxonps on behalf of our client who utilised our search and acquisition service. Once the sale had completed we were instructed to refurbish the property to appeal to the wider tenant market, dominated traditionally by employees of the local hospitals, overseas academics or professional sharers.

The property although structurally sound was tired and required some updating and modernising throughout including complete internal redecoration, flooring, window coverings, replacement kitchen and electrical works with our client involved throughout.
