Effective communication is the key to successful Property Management, and wherever possible we maintain a close dialogue with our Landlords, Tenants and Contractors.

We want all parties to enjoy dealing with a small hands-on firm, and provide a very different experience to that of large corporate agencies.

We regularly inspect our properties to ensure issues are quickly identified and addressed. Problems can happen, but when they do we apply over twenty year’s of experience to achieving the right solution.

Our black book of trusted and tried and tested local contractors is our secret weapon, so we know precisely who to call for every eventuality.

Partner Letting Agents

Partner Letting Agents


Our partner Letting Agents work with OXON Portfolio Management to secure high quality tenants. We also work closely with our partner Letting Agents to limit potentially costly void periods.

Once a partner agent has reference checked a potential Tenant we meticulously review their suitability. OXON Portfolio Management then takes over to administer all necessary tenancy documentation and coordinate the tenancy commencement arrangements.

This ensures all Tenants receive a smooth, professional and successful introduction to their new home, including an in person ‘Property Introduction Meeting’ which takes place at the property.

REFURBISHMENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Project Management


We offer a project management service for your property refurbishment projects. These can range from new kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and redecoration through to new roofs, extensions and even loft conversions. Both John and Gareth have vast experience in being able to plan, manage and execute larger works using a trusted team of third-party contractors we know well, and trust implicitly. 

Should your project even require the services of specialist professionals, such as architects, structural engineers or surveyors, again, we have over the years built up tried and tested relationships with firms acting in these fields. 

Operating in the buy to let sector our refurbishment work is predominately focussed in this area, with our vast experience we know and understand what the modern tenant requires. We will design and implement agreed refurbishment projects with the intention of maintaining the capital value of the property, attracting the very best tenant and minimising void periods, whilst even being able to advise on what works you are able to offset against your tax bill!

The extensive legislation and responsibilities affecting Landlords need not be daunting. OXON Portfolio Management is accredited to the industry’s major regulatory bodies, and we ensure our clients remain up to date with all relevant compliance legislation.
