Famous comedian takes on South Oxfordshire pub

Famous comedian and podcaster Russel Brand and his partner Laura Gallacher have reportedly signed a purchase deal on the Crown Inn at Pishill. 

The previously popular pub, which has been closed for some time, is just six miles from Henley and nestled into the beautiful Chiltern Hills countryside. 

Buildings at the grade two listed Crown Inn include an attractive 16 coaching inn with front and rear outdoor seating areas, a historic barn previously used as a successful events venue, and also a two bedroom cottage.
