Reported 500 new homes to be built near Woodstock

Oxford Mail reported yesterday that Blenheim Estates Homes have submitted planning for 500 new homes on farmland to the eastern side of Woodstock. 

It is reported that more than half of the proposed development is proposed as either Shared Ownership or Affordable Homes, and access to the development will be via Campsfield Road. Building is planned to commence from Spring 2024 with first occupation intended for the end of 2024.
